Music Seed Garlic – Organic

Description

Music has 4-8 large cloves per bulb – convenient for food prep. These cloves have a rich, strong and garlicky flavor and smell; spicy and robust when consumed raw. This hardneck variety stores well for 6-9 months when properly cured stored. Grows well in northern climates.

This year’s seed garlic is 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter. A full-pound will include 9-12 bulbs.

We use no commercial animal-based (such as feather meal or blood meal) fertilizers, in order to create a delicious crop that is truly cruelty free.
