Island Rocambole

Flavor profile – Creamy with a sweet nutty flavor.

Physical characteristics –  8-10 cloves per bulb; wrappers may have purple/reddish stripes. This hardneck variety stores well for 4-6 months when fully and properly.

Chesnok Red

Flavor profile – rich, sweet flavor when roasted or sauteed and a lovely garlic flavor that is mild-enough to enjoy raw.

Physical characteristics – 9-12 cloves per bulb; wrappers have red tone.
