Green Garlic – Organic – 1 bunch

“Green garlic” is garlic that has been harvested before the bulb has reached full maturity, which is totally cool since the entire garlic plant – cloves, scapes and leaves – are edible. Green garlic has a much more mild flavor than the cloves and can be enjoed raw, or cooked; in salads or stir fries, on a bagel or avacado toast, or just about anywhere else you can imagine. Each unit (1 bunch) is approximately 7-8 ounces. Enjoy!
