Do you LOVE garlic?! Then you definitely want to be part of this cult… uh… club. Every month you will receive a box full of yummy garlic goodies. There are many benefits:
#1: You will never run out of fresh, delicious certified-organic garlic.
#2: So much variety! We will have at least 10 varieties, and you will get to try them all. If you are considering this unique opportunity you KNOW garlic has so many different flavor profiles – sweet, spicy, mild, nutty … I wonder which will be your favorite?
#3: Garlic is so much more than the cloves – you’ll get scapes (lots!), and the leafy “green garlic” (kinda like a garlicky chives), as well as our super-fun and convenient granulated garlic in a refillable glass spice grinder.
#4: Not only will you get a heaping serving of garlicky treats to last through the summer and fall, but we also have a secret variety we will send you in November that may well last til March
#5: You will save 10% off our normal prices.
You have the option of having your monthly order shipped to you (a one-time flat shipping fee of $75 will apply*), or you can pickup at our farmstand for no charge (if you pickup any of your orders just let us know and we can refund the ship charge for that month). If you want to add to your order in any particular month, we can combine (a separate order) with your CSA order for no extra ship charge (choose “local pickup” in such a scenario). The anticipated schedule, is as follows:
May (by May 15) – 1 pound green garlic + garlic grinder + sourdough starter (w/recipes!)
June 15 – 2 pounds Garlic Scapes & garlic-grinder (if you have not already received one)
July 25 – Sample of all (7-10) of our varieties (1.5 pounds)
August 15 – Assorted culinary garlic (1.5 pounds)
September 15 – Assorted culinary garlic (1.5 pounds)
October 15 – Assorted culinary garlic (1.5 pounds) + Seed Garlic (1lb)
November 15 – Assorted culinary garlic (1.5 pounds) + refill of dehydrated garlic for grinder
New options: Add tomatoes and/or basil and/or garlic focaccia bread loaf (each month)
* Note: shipping is not available for tomatoes/basil/bread
