Description

This mild softneck garlic is brilliant when minced finely and mixed with olive oil. You and your friends and family will enjoy this treat by the spoonful!  Expect 10-20 cloves per bulb, with about 9-13 bulbs per pound of this variety of culinary garlic. Stores well for 6-9 months when properly stored.  This variety – and all others – are USDA certified-organic. See the seal at the bottom of website for our current certifier.
